You can also earn more than what you earn as an employee now and it all depends what you want to accomplish and how you in your personal life. If you are a determined and ambitious person who likes independence and wants to be your own boss, then you can certainly go further, but if you want to simply make extra money and spend a couple of hours a day to your business, then that is what you get.
